Northeast of Los Angeles Eagle rock is located right in the middle of Pasadena and Glendale, next to the San Rafael Hills. Eagle Rock has made cameos in movies like Top Gun and has been featured in music videos and more. It’s part of the City Of Los Angeles and the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council meets every first Tuesday of the month at 7PM.
