This couple are in their 70’s, they have lived in a Motel for 5 years and had a period of homelessness previous to this. Sad part is, he is a disabled Veteran. It took them 5 years in a motel to finally buy their first home, and today I met them at their Motel room to sign their loan documents. Thank you to the Realtor’s who made this happen Autumn Davis.
